- DPM Redford Self Storage Fund LLC (“Fund”) is offering Series 2022 13% Debentures in the
maximum aggregate principal amount of $7,500,000.

- Business Plan: Offering proceeds will be distributed to the members of the Fund, which will in
turn make an equity investment in DPM Woodbine Self Storage LLC (“Project Owner”). The Project Owner intends to use such funds to acquire and convert an existing building (90,000 SF) located on 3.24 acres into a 99,075 SF Class “A” climate-controlled self-storage facility. Neither the Fund, nor the investors, will have any ownership interest in the real property.
