Should you have an advisor on the call with you, initiating a co-browsing session could be beneficial. A co-browsing session is a process where you grant permission to your advisor to view your investor portal. This enables the advisor to walk you through all the features of your portal effectively.
If you are currently on a call with an advisor, please locate and click the "Start Co-Browsing Session" button at the bottom.
Doing so will generate a session code, which you can then share with your advisor to start the co-browsing session.
