Belle Oaks Marketplace is a 70 acre master planned development, consisting of mixed-use retail and multi-family with an estimated project cost of $285 million, located in the greater Cleveland MSA. The project is comprised of a 798 luxury one and two-bedroom luxury apartments, and 159,000 square-foot Meijer Grocery Supercenter, and 109,345 square feet of restaurants and daily-needs retail. The property is being redeveloped from the former Richmond Town Square super regional mall into an approximate 1.8 million square foot live-work-play community developed in four development phases. The property is joined by a 160,000 square-foot, operating class A climate-controlled (self-storage) Life Storage Center. The project is being developed in four phases.
